Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Voix Sans Frontières, we deeply value the generosity of our supporters. Donations enable us to provide humanitarian aid to children and animals in conflict zones. Because donations are voluntary gifts, they are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that errors can happen and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
1. Donations
Donations made through https://voix-sansfrontieres.com are normally final and non-refundable.
Exceptions may be granted in the following cases:
- Duplicate donation (you donated more than once in error).
- Unauthorized transaction (e.g., credit card fraud, stolen payment method).
- Processing error caused by our payment system or bank.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the donation date.
2. Event Registrations or Merchandise (if applicable)
If we offer merchandise or event tickets in the future:
Merchandise:
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, in line with EU consumer protection laws. Items must be returned in original condition.
Event tickets:
Refunds are only available if the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
